[{"type":"text","content":"\nSurface Samples Indicating 0.89% to 2.9% Lithium Oxide (Li2O) from Kapiwak Lithium Property in James Bay Area, Quebec\n\n\n Sep. 15, 2009 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, September 15, 2009 - Rock Tech Resources Inc. (OOTC:RCKTF) (TSXV:RCK) (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA)(the \"Company\" or \"Rock Tech\") is pleased to report chemical assay results of surface samples taken from its Kapiwak Lithium Property near James Bay, Quebec. These results are indicating 0.89% to 2.9% Lithium Oxide (Li2O) and anomalous values of other rare earth elements.Reconnaissance fieldwork was carried out in July 2009 to assess the potential of the property for lithium and other rare earth elements exploration targets, and to develop a phased exploration work program. Rock Tech's Kapiwak lithium property borders to the south of Lithium One Inc.'s (OOTC:LITHF) (TSXV:LI) (\"Lithium One\") \"Cyr Property\" (please refer to www.rocktechresources.com to view Rock Tech's James Bay property claims map). The samples were collected from spodumene pegmatite boulders in the northern part of the Kapiwak property and from the tourmaline and muscovite pegmatite outcrops in the central and southern areas of the property. Highlights of assay results are provided in Tables 1 and 2.The highest lithium content in spodumene pegmatite boulders was obtained from boulder 74790432 (2.90% Li2O), at the margin of the old exploration pit number 2. This spodumene pegmatite boulder, in which small bluish beryls was observed, also contains 151 parts per million (PPM) Beryllium and 80 PPM Niobium. Anomalous 116-253 PPM Beryllium content was also found in the spodumene pegmatite boulders collected along the James Bay road (samples 74790406 to 74790409).Table 1: Highlights of results from spodumene pegmatite boulders collected from the northern part of the Kapiwak property.\nAssay # Field # UTMx UTMy Li (ppm) Li2)O (%) Be(ppm) Nb(ppm) Ta(ppm) Description \n74790406 747-3 356858 5786459 6110 1.31 161 73 21.4 Sub-angular spodumen pegmatite boulder, 20x25 cm, White feldspars 65%, Quartz (Qz) 20%, muscovite10-12%, pale green up to 7-8 cm spodumen crystals 3-5%, traces of small blue-green beryl.
