The agreement\nwith RM Communications Inc. has an initial term of 12 months until\nDecember 31, 2008, however the agreement may be terminated upon 60 days\nwritten notice by either party.\n\n\nAs part of the Agreement, Coniagas has granted to RM Communication Inc.,\nsubject to Board approval, 100,000 stock options at an exercise price of\n$0.65 per share.
