(TSXV: LI) (OTCQB: LIACF) (FSE: 5LA) (WKN: A2AHEL) (\"American Lithium\" or the \"Company\") reports it will complete a non-brokered private placement financing for proceeds of up to $4,500,000.The private placement will consist of up to 11,250,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.40 per unit. Each unit will be composed of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.75 per share for a period of 24 months from the closing date. The Company may increase the size of the private placement based on market conditions.The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for lithium brine and claystone drilling programs at Fish Lake Valley in Nevada, future acquisitions, marketing and general working capital.The Company may pay a finder's fee in connection with the issue and sale of some or all of the units issued under the private placement.
