Reno, Nevada – September 6, 2012, American International Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB: AIVN) announces that it will hold its American International Mining Summit in Reno Nevada between Sept. 10, through the 12th, 2012, at the Atlantis Resort Hotel and Casino.

Invitation only guests will include potential investors, geologists, key mining personnel, officers, directors of AIVN, and potential JV partners. The activities include a trip to the Golden Eagle Mine development in Winnemucca, Nevada and meetings where the discussions will pertain to future acquisitions, JV partnerships and the further development of AIVN’s top ten historical past producing mines.

Mr. Jack Wagenti, Chairman of the Board, stated: “this summit will bring together the core components of our company and establish the relationships and course we plan for growth in this next fiscal year.”

AIVN is very excited about the near term growth potential of new business combinations that JV partnerships will afford us and believe this first summit will deliver the results for our shareholders AIVN has worked very hard to achieve over the last six months.
