W2 ENERGY REPORTS ON PLANT INSTALLATION PROGRESS

Cambridge, Ontario, February 26, 2014-- W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) is pleased to report our biodiesel plant installation is nearing completion at our Cambridge facility.

Our move to a new location resulted in a delay in our biodiesel production and the plant needed to be re-installed before we could commence start-up again. We are happy to report that we are nearing completion of that install and biodiesel production at our Cambridge facility is now imminent.   As promised we have posted a blog entry describing the progress and well as posting pictures of the plants at various stages. This blog can be viewed on our website www.w2energy.com. The company now operates 2 locations 155B Turnbull Crt. Cambridge Ontario and 120 Turnbull Crt. Units H&I Cambridge Ontario.  The 155B Turnbull location is 3,200 square feet and houses our plasma reactor lab as well as our CNC machining, fabrication, offices and showroom. Our second location at 120 Turnbull Units H&I is home to our biodiesel operations as well as the CWS (Coal Water Slurry) fuel line. This facility is 5,000 square feet with offices and boardroom plus our onsite lab for testing and Quality Control. 

We have now taken the steps in anticipation of production of biodiesel and issued a purchase order for the first delivery of 20,000 liters of oil for test runs and sales. As soon as this is processed will begin by taking delivery of this amount per week until we can ramp up our cash flow and or debt limit to be able to handle the maximum of 52,500 liters per week or 7,500 liters per day.

As discussed in our press of January 14, 2104 The Company is looking to improve communications and has begun the search for a full time communications person to work within the company and with management to execute on that task.

The company is also still in progress with audits and financials and will update the shareholders once these are complete.
