(OTC: WTWO)\n(the “Company”) is pleased to announce\nas part of its rebranding strategy the company has changed its name to Converde\nEnergy USA Inc.\n\n \n\nThe corporate action was submitted to FINRA on\nFriday September 12th 2014 and has already been changed in the\ncompany’s state of incorporation, Nevada.\n\n \n\nMichael McLaren, W2 Energy Inc. CEO, stated, “As\npart of our overall rebranding strategy the shareholders and management felt\nthat a corporate name change was a good course of action.
