(the “Company”) entered into an engagement agreement\n(the “Minivest Agreement”) with LQD Ventures LLC, to advise and host the\nCompany on its Regulation A+ crowdfunding platform, Minivest.com\n(“Minivest”). The Company and Minivest\nwill work together to build crowdfunding page within the platform, advertise\nand market the Company, it’s “test the waters” stage, and its Regulation A+\noffering. Minivest will also provide other business advisory services to the\nCompany as necessary related to a prospective offering, and its crowdfunding\npage. \n\nLQD Ventures is\ncompensated for its services which is the subject of this press release.\nPayment is made through the one time issuance of a $100,000 Convertible\nPromissory Note, dated May 23, 2017. LQD Ventures LLC intends to sell such\nsecurities into the market place upon the sooner of (1) the effectiveness of a\nregistration statement as to such securities; or (2) the availability of Rule\n144 as to the re-sale for such securities. \nPrincipals of LQD Ventures LLC may be investors or advisors of the\ncompanies posted on Minivest.\n\n ","length":2536,"tagName":"div"}]
