The Company ran into significant headwinds that caused it to be late with its annual report for last year, including the death of our CFO’s wife at the start of the audit process, and the resulting difficulties caused by our auditor not having conducted a previous audit of our Company. Additionally, we transitioned our Chief Financial Officer’s function so that he would work solely for the Company as an employee on-site.
