Mr. Sorbara has signed a consulting agreement with the Company and will be a member of the advisory committee. The company has appointed Michael J. Johnson, B.A. , LL.B., LL.M. in place of Mr. Sorbara. Mr. Johnson was the former Chief Legal Officer for Silver Wheaton Corp. (TSX:SLW''U) (TSX:SLW''B) (TSX:SLW''A) (NYSE:SLW) (TSX:SLW) (NYSE: SLW; TSX: SLW), where he was instrumental in negotiating several key legal agreements on behalf of the company. Prior to joining Silver Wheaton, Mr. Johnson practiced securities and corporate law for a number of years at some of Canada's most prestigious national law firms. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University and a Master of Laws (specializing in Securities Law) degree from Osgoode Hall and is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for TELUS Corp. (NYSE:TU) (TSX:T'A) (TSX:T) (NYSE: TU; TSX: T). About New High Ridge Resources Inc.
