("Amarc" or the\n "Company") (TSX Venture: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) is pleased to provide an\n update on plans to advance the Newton bulk tonnage gold discovery and\n other priority targets in the prospective Plateau Gold-Copper Belt,\n located in south-central British Columbia ("BC"). Amarc considers that\n the Newton property and Plateau Gold Copper Belt hold significant\n potential for the discovery and development of epithermal gold and\n porphyry copper deposits.\n\n\nDuring 2011 exploration activity will advance on multiple fronts\n throughout Amarc's mineral property interests in south-central BC. \n This work will be guided by previous years' drilling results, extensive\n airborne and ground-based geophysical surveys and a growing internal\n database of the region's highly prospective geology.
