(OTCQX: AMBS), a biotechnology company focused on developing products for Regenerative Medicine, Neurology and Orphan Diseases, today announced that it has cancelled the special meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 29, 2016.\n\nThe Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the increase in its authorized common stock as part of its annual meeting of stockholders to be held in the summer of this year.\n\nAbout Amarantus BioScience Holdings, Inc.  \n\nAmarantus BioScience Holdings (AMBS) is a biotechnology company developing treatments and diagnostics for diseases in the areas of neurology, regenerative medicine and orphan diseases.
