(TSXV: ALV) (OTCQX: ALVOF) announces that our Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of\n \n US$0.06\n \n per common share, payable in cash on\n \n January 14, 2022\n \n , to shareholders of record at the close of business on\n \n December 30, 2021\n \n .
