(TSXV: ALV) (OTCQX: ALVOF) announces that our Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of\n \n US$0.09\n \n per common share, payable in cash on\n \n July 15, 2024\n \n , to shareholders of record at the close of business on\n \n June 28, 2024\n \n .
