[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Notice of EGM\n \n \n\n \n Hambledon Mining PLC\n \n \n\n \n \n \n Armadale Capital Plc / Index: AIM / Epic: ACP / Sector: Investment \n Company\n \n \n 6 September 2013\n \n \n Armadale Capital Plc (‘Armadale’ or ‘the Company’)\n \n \n Investment Update and Notice of General Meeting\n \n \n Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resources \n and infrastructure projects in Africa, announces it is proposing to \n update its investing policy and has today convened a general meeting of \n Shareholders (‘the General Meeting’) to approve it.\n \n \n Investing Policy\n \n \n The Board previously undertook to review its current investing policy \n and is proposing shareholders approve an updated policy that the Board \n believe will enable it to continue to pursue investment opportunities in \n support of Armadale’s stated strategy of becoming a diversified mining \n and resource-focused investment company.\n \n \n A Notice of General Meeting has today been posted to Shareholders to \n approve the new investing policy as well as to renew the directors’ \n authority to allot shares. A copy of the Notice of General Meeting is \n available on the Company’s website.\n \n \n The General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 September 2013 at \n 42 Queen Anne’s Gate, London SW1H 9AP.\n \n \n Mine Restoration Investments Limited (“MRIâ€)\n \n \n The Company is also pleased to announce that Justin Lewis, a director of \n the Company, has joined the board of MRI to oversee Armadale’s \n investment. Despite the strikes within the South African coal industry, \n MRI continues to make good progress with the final commissioning of its \n coal briquetting plant in South Africa.
