[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Annual General Meeting (AGM) - 2020\n \nAltyn Plc\n\n \n\n \n Altyn Plc\n(\"Altyn\" or the \"Company\")\n\n \n Annual General Meeting (AGM) - 2020\n \n \nAs a result of the continuing government restrictions in relation to COVID-19, the Company has been informed that the venue at De Vere Holborn Bars, 138-142 Holborn, London EC1N 2SW is not able to host the AGM on 26 June at 10.30am.\n\n \nIn light of the above the Board have decided to hold the AGM at an alternative location of 28 Eccleston Square, London, SW1V 1NZ, at the same date and time. However due to the restrictions the meeting will be closed to all shareholders, and we recommend that shareholders vote by proxy.\n\n \nThe latest date for the receipt of the proxy vote is 10.30am on 24 June 2020 the proxy vote should be sent to the Registrar at Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, West Midlands B62 8HD.\n\n \nIn order to deal with questions that shareholders may have in relation to proceedings at the AGM, questions should be sent to [email protected].
