(the "Company")\n(TSX-V: ALT) is pleased to announce that the Company's common shares have been\nlisted and commenced trading on the Bolsa de Valores de Lima (Lima Stock\nExchange) ("BVL") on June 25, 2008. Alturas's listing on the BVL is being\nsponsored by Credibolsa, Peru's largest brokerage firm and the trading arm of\nBanco de Credito, Peru's largest bank. The listing, in conjunction with the\nexisting TSX-V quote of the Company's shares, is expected to provide\nadditional demand for and liquidity in the Company's shares.\n\n\nMiguel Cardozo, President & CEO, commented "Alturas has reached an\nimportant milestone with the listing of the company on Peru's BVL, one of the\nworld's best performing stock exchanges in 2007.
