PDMR Dealing

 

Altona (LSE: REE), a resource exploration and development company focused on critical raw materials in Africa, announces that it was notified on 30 and 31 March 2026, the Company's CFO, Louise Adrian, transferred a total of 2,601,975 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") held by her into a self-invested personal pension account ("SIPP") in her name at a price of £0.03 per Share.

 

The SIPP transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the Shares.  Following the SIPP transfer, Louise Adrian's beneficial holding of Shares is 9,913,794 Shares, representing 2.31 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
