The promotional activity was put out by Stockwirenews and Stockstreetwire. The article on Stockwirenews was authored by Kai Parker. The article on Stockstreetwire was authored by Dan Davis. Both promotions touted the low float in ALTD stock as a buying opportunity and cited three (unnamed) previous run ups in similar low profile stocks. The board, the management and the controlling shareholders of ALTD had NO involvement directly or indirectly with the creation, distribution or payment of the promotional materials. While some of the statements in the material are accurate it is the company's feeling that the manner in which it is presented is misleading. It is and always has been, that value to our shareholders will be reflected in the profitable sales of altitude chambers and related activities. The company has inquired of all directors, management, officers and controlling shareholders to insure that no person or entity was involved in any manner with this promotion. Additionally, none of the above mentioned have sold or purchased company securities in the last 90 days.
