The Group will announce its maiden set of\nresults in March 2006.\n\nAt Admission, the Group stated that trading for the year to date was proceeding\nin line with expectations; this trend was continued during the final weeks of\nthe year. Progress has been made in all four sales channels namely Promotional\nProducts where the Group's customers include the AA, Airbus, GlaxoSmithKline,\nLegal & General and 3; Trade Only, a business that supports over 600\ndistributors and whose the annual trade show takes place this week; Information\nServices, the fast-growing provider of industry specific information to\nsuppliers and distributors; and, Communications, the Group's design and\nadvertising business.\n\nIn addition, the Group is pleased to announce the successful outcome of\ndiscussions with two third parties, to acquire the Envoy Catalogue from\nAdvertising Products Group Limited, and with eCompanyStore.\n\nEnvoy Catalogue\n\nThe Group yesterday, 16 January 2006, acquired the business and goodwill of\nEnvoy Catalogue, a promotional product catalogue, for a maximum consideration of\n£200,000. The initial consideration will be paid £100,000 in cash and £70,000\nthrough the issue of 147,368 new ordinary shares in Dowlis Corporate Solutions\nplc. The deferred consideration of £30,000 will be payable in cash in April\n2007 subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria. The\nacquisition is in line with Dowlis's strategy of providing product information\nand selling resources to UK based distributors.\n\nThe Catalogue features promotional merchandise for corporate customers and is\nsupported by over 60 suppliers with approximately 50,000 catalogues distributed\nthrough 45 regionally separated distributors. The catalogue group will benefit\nfrom adopting Dowlis's leading technology for the efficient management of\nproduct databases and order processing software as well as the Virtual Sample\...
