[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5420S\n Altitude Group PLC\n 09 July 2020\n \n \n \n \n 9 July 2020 \n \n \n \n \n \n ALTITUDE GROUP PLC\n \n \n (the \"Company\" or \"Altitude\")\n \n \n \n \n \n PDMR Shareholding\n \n \n and\n \n \n Issue of Equity\n \n \n \n \n \n Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that Peter Hallet, Non-Executive Director and a PDMR, has exercised 800,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") \n at a price of 9.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the \"Share Purchase\").\n \n \n \n \n \n Mr Hallett has stated to the Board of Directors that he has no intention of selling any of the Ordinary Shares that will be issued to him as a result of the Option Exercise. \n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Option Exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 15 July 2020 (\"Admission\"). \n \n \n The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 70,096,179 Ordinary Shares.
