Change of Venue for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces that the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will now be held at the offices of Zeus Capital Limited, 125 Old Broad St, London EC2N 1AR.

Except for the change of venue, all other information set out in the annual results RNS dated 7 August 2025, including the date and time of the AGM, remain unchanged.

The Notice of AGM and the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2025 will be posted to shareholders and will be available on the Group's website (https://www.altitudeplc.com/reports-results) in due course.
