All other details remain unchanged.\n11 May 2011\nAIM: ALT\nAltitude Group plc(\"Altitude\" or the \"Group\")\nDirectorate Change\nAs previously announced on 17 March 2011, Keith Willis and Barry Fielder, both of whom are long-serving directors of the Company, indicated it was their intention to retire from the board following the AGM and, accordingly, they will resign with effect from 31 May 2011. \nThe Board is pleased to announce the appointment of David Stephen Dannhauser as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. David is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' Board experience in listed companies and from 1994 until July 2010 was group finance director of Eleco plc \n\nIn international and UK markets, David has had considerable experience dealing with licensing/software development agreements. This is in addition to his work within the Application Software sector covering both B2B and B2C software applications.\n\nColin Cooke, Chairman said \"I would like to thank Keith and Barry for their tremendous contributions over the past seven years.
