The Board\nchanges are with immediate effect.\n\n\n\nThe Board of Dowlis is pleased to announce the appointment of Barrett Bedrossian\nas the Group's new Finance Director on 9th June 2006, succeeding David Gray.\nMr. Bedrossian, aged 41, joined Dowlis on the 3rd April 2006 from Exley\nPublications Ltd where he was Finance Director. Prior to this, he worked at a\nsubsidiary of 4imprint Group PLC, Product Plus International Ltd, between 1991\nand 2005, where he was Commercial Manager and Head of Finance.\n\n\n\nThe Board would like to thank David Gray for his contribution to the Company\nand, in particular, his significant involvement in the Company's admission to\nAIM.\n\n\n\nThe Directors are also pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Slater to\nthe Group's Board as a Non Executive director on 9th June 2006. Mr. Slater, aged\n42, is currently a Director of Robotic Technology Systems PLC and is the former\nFinance Director and then Chief Operating Officer of 4imprint Group PLC. Mr\nSlater worked with Martin Varley, Dowlis's Chief Executive, and Mr Bedrossian,\nwhen they were European Managing Director and commercial manager respectively at\n4imprint Group PLC. Mr Slater will chair Dowlis's Audit Committee.\n\n\n\nCommenting on the changes, Colin Cooke, Chairman, said:\n\n\n\n'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank David for the significant\ncontribution he has made to the Group in leading it through the flotation\nprocess and on to AIM. We wish him every success with his future endeavours.\nWe are delighted to welcome Craig Slater to our Board. In addition to the\nwealth of experience he has in our industry, he is also a highly experienced\nfinance director and we are confident that he will make a substantial\ncontribution to the Group.
