[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nAltitude Group plc\n(\"Altitude\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\nAppointment of CFO\nAltitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, is pleased to announce that, following a thorough review process, it has appointed Drew Whibley as Chief Financial Officer. Drew will join Altitude on 22 September 2025, when he will also be appointed to the Board.\nDrew is currently the CFO at i-nexus Global, a cloud-based software solutions provider that was admitted to trading on AIM, a role he has held since 2022. Prior to i-nexus, Drew held senior finance positions at Aptitude Software Group plc, a Main Market listed enterprise software provider, Frontline Ltd, and RSM, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.\nDrew will succeed Graham Feltham who stepped down from the Board on 17 June 2025 in order to pursue other opportunities. As previously announced, to ensure an orderly handover, an internal transition team has been formed, led by Peter Hallett, which will work alongside Graham until the finalisation of the FY25 audit and will remain operational until Drew joins Altitude.\nAlexander Brennan, Non-Executive Chair of Altitude, commented:\n\"Following a thorough review process, we are delighted to welcome Drew as our new CFO.
