(TSX-V: APN) (OTCQB:ALTPF) (FWB: 9AJ1) (\"APN\" or the \"Company\") announces that its board of directors has submitted an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the exercise price of 20,000,000 share purchase warrants (\"Warrants\"). \n\nThe Warrants were issued in connection with a previous financing of the Company which closed on February 27, 2017. APN has applied to reprice all 20,000,000 Warrants to an exercise price of $0.17 per Warrant, down from $0.25 per Warrant.
