[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 1238N\n Alternative Income REIT PLC\n 18 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n 18\n May 2020\n \n \n Alternative Income REIT PLC\n \n \n (the \"\n \n Company\n \n \" or \"\n \n Group\n \n \")\n \n \n APPOINTMENT OF M7 REAL ESTATE LIMITED AS INVESTMENT ADVISER\n \n \n The Board of Directors of \n Alternative Income REIT PLC\n (ticker: AIRE), the owner of a diversified portfolio of 19 UK commercial property assets let on long leases,\n \n is pleased to announce that it has appointed M7 Real Estate Limited (\"M7\"), \n a leading specialist in the pan-European, regional, multi-let real estate market,\n as the Company's Investment Adviser.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n During the period between now and 31 March 2021, M7 will undertake a review of each of the Group's assets and the Company's investment policy, with a view to the Company entering into a longer term agreement for M7's services with effect from 1 April 2021.\n U\n ntil 31 March 2021, t\n he agreement is terminable by \n the Company\n \n at any time without notice.\n \n \n \n \n \n The appointment is effective from 14 May 2020 and M7 will provide the Company with advice, support and services including strategy, debt advisory, reporting, fund accounting and investment advisory services together with asset management, operational advice, budgeting and planning for the Group's portfolio.\n \n \n \n \n \n M7 will have delegated authority to act within defined parameters and where decisions outside pre-approved criteria are required, specific approval will be agreed with the Company. M7 will work with the Group's service providers, whose details were set out in the Company's announcement of 25 February 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Board believes that the appointment of M7 will improve the Company's performance and enhance the appeal of the Company over the long term.
