The board also voted to award new shares and approved the sale of personal stock.About Jessamyn Sarmiento Jessamyn Sarmiento is currently the Vice President of Communications for the World Food Program USA. Prior to this she was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as the Director for Strategic Communications and Public Affairs for the U.S. federal arts agency, National Endowment for the Arts. In 2011, Ms. Sarmiento co-founded and served as president of Altavoz, Inc.
