(TSXV:PROS) (“ProSmart” or the “Company”) announces significant changes to its Board of Directors (the “Board”) pursuant to the Board of Directors meeting on January 29, 2018.  Paul Reinhart, Executive Chairman and Director of ProSmart, has resigned from the Board.
