The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2010. Under terms of the agreement, the awards and gala will be rebranded under the Morningstar name.The Morningstar Fund Manager of the Year Award was expanded into two awards: Equity Fund Manager of the Year and Fixed Income Fund Manager of the Year.\"For each of these awards, we start our selection process by narrowing the field to a list of managers whom we hold in high regard,\" said David O'Leary, Manager of Fund Analysis, Morningstar Canada. \"These are managers who have produced excellent long-term returns and have demonstrated strong stewardship.
