The magazine’s annual survey of more than 7,200 people in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and related industries determine the top 20 best employers, as well as reveals their driving characteristics. Alnylam’s 2021 ranking marks the third consecutive year that it has placed within the top five on the best employers list.\n\nSurvey respondents rated companies on attributes such as corporate image, leadership and direction, work culture/environment, and academic and intellectual challenge. According to Science, the 2021 global survey results were based on responses from North America (64 percent), Europe (19 percent) and the Asia/Pacific Rim (11 percent).
