Due to the significant down turn in the economy, management will now focus its attention on finding and delineating high- grade zones within the Company's Placerita project that host twelve gold and base metal properties many of which were former mines during the Second World War era.\n\nThe Company also reports that Mr. Doren Quinton has resigned from the Board of Directors in order to focus on his own businesses.
