(\"Alliance\")\n\n(Kamloops, British Columbia) Jan Ross announced that he holds an aggregate of 1,916,000 common shares of Alliance (\"Shares\") and options (\"Options\") to acquire 400,000 Shares, which collectively represent 28.53% of the issued and outstanding Shares, assuming the exercise of the Options held by Mr. Ross.\n\nA joint actor of Mr. Ross has acquired 46,000 Shares and the joint actor now collectively hold an aggregate of 233,500 Shares and share purchase warrants (\"Warrants\") to acquire an additional 8,000 Shares. The Shares and Options held by Mr. Ross together with his joint actor represent 31.51% of Alliance's issued and outstanding Shares, assuming the exercise of the Options held by Mr. Ross and the Warrants held by the joint actor. The joint actor of Mr. Ross are Gabriella Cole, a friend, respectively.\n\nMs. Cole acquired additional 46,000 Shares of Alliance as a result of the purchase at a price of $0.10 per Share.
