( the \"Company\") (CNQ Exchange: AMCL) announces that the CNQ is adopting a trading symbol format based on a root symbol of up to 3 characters plus extensions. Assignments of symbols will be coordinated between Canadian stock exchanges to ensure symbols are not in use, reserved or restricted. Symbols for all securities listed on the CNQ will be changed to reflect the new format, beginning today.\n\nThe Company has been informed that starting today, the Company's trading symbol has been changed from the current \"AMCL\" to \"ALM\".\n\nThe Company further announces that the terms of an aggregate of 800,000 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement financing on March 28, 2007 have been amended to extend the expiry date from September 30, 2008 to September 30, 2010. All other terms and conditions remain constant. The share purchase warrants formed part of a non-brokered private placement financing consisting of 400,000 units (800,000 post-split) issued at a purchase price of $0.25 per unit ($0.125 post-split), with each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a purchase price of $0.35 per share (0.175 post-split).
