(OOTC:ANMNF) (CNQ:ALM) ( the \"Company\")(CNSX: ALM) announces that the terms of an aggregate of 1,130,000 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement financing which closed on July 10, 2008 have been amended to extend the expiry date from July 10, 2009 to July 10, 2013. All other terms and conditions remain constant. The share purchase warrants formed part of a non-brokered private placement financing consisting of 1,130,000 units issued at a purchase price of $0.10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a purchase price of $0.15 per share.
