(OOTC:ANMNF) (CNQ:ALM) ( the \"Company\")(CNSX: ALM) announces that the 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the \"Meeting\") was held on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at which Meeting the following individuals were elected directors of the Company: Albert H. Gurney, Leopold Lindinger, Jan C. Ross, Travis M. Snider and David Thatcher. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Watson Dauphinee Masuch, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company and continuation of the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.Immediately after the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Jan C.
