Ross, Travis M. Snider, Bruce J. Nicholson and William Wilson. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Watson Dauphinee & Masuch, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company and continuation of the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.Immediately after the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Jan C.
