(Pink Sheets: ADTR), a distributor and developer of interactive video games, today announced its financial results for the three month and nine month periods ended March 31, 2013.\n\n\nNet sales for the three months ended March 31, 2013 increased 26% to $19.3 million from $15.3 million in the three months ended March 31, 2012. Net income for the three months ended March 31, 2013 increased to $402,000 from $77,000 for the comparable period in 2012.\n\n\nFor the nine months ended March 31, 2013 net sales increased 7% to $49.7 million from $46.4 million in the nine months ended March 31, 2012.
