However, given the shoulder period weakness, we now expect first quarter TRASM to decline just over seven percent from the prior year. Due to current demand trends, we will reduce our full-year capacity forecast from up 17 percent to up 13 percent year-over-year, with cuts primarily affecting the shoulder and off-peak periods. We will remain flexible with our capacity deployment to appropriately adapt to the demand environment.\"\n\"We are seeing better-than-expected cost performance during the quarter,\" stated Robert Neal, Chief Financial Officer of Allegiant Travel Company. \"We anticipate our consolidated earnings per share will come in at the lower end of our initial guide at approximately $1.50 per share, with the airline contributing around $1.75 per share.\" \n Scheduled Service – Year Over Year Comparison\nFebruary 2025\nFebruary 2024\nChange\nPassengers\n1,280,034\n1,243,576\n2.9 %\nRevenue passenger miles (000)\n1,249,948\n1,194,104\n4.7 %\nAvailable seat miles (000)\n1,573,230\n1,421,672\n10.7 %\nLoad factor\n79.5 %\n84.0 %\n (4.5pts)\nDepartures\n9,390\n8,556\n9.7 %\nAverage stage length (miles)\n952\n933\n2.1 %\n \n Total System* – Year Over Year Comparison\nFebruary 2025\nFebruary 2024\nChange\nPassengers\n1,286,748\n1,253,860\n2.6 %\nAvailable seat miles (000)\n1,610,101\n1,456,189\n10.6 %\nDepartures\n9,676\n8,846\n9.4 %\nAverage stage length (miles)\n946\n924\n2.3 %\n*Total system includes scheduled service and fixed fee contract.
