Cross-references in the extracted information below refer to pages and sections in the Company's Report and Accounts for the fifteen months' period ended 31 December 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n Alina Holdings PLC (\"Alina\" or the \"Company\") is a company registered on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. \n \n \n \n \n \n In December 2020 the Company changed its accounting reference date to 31 December in each year, following which it published an interim report for the six months to its previous accounting reference date of 30 September 2020. The period reported on in this document is therefore the fifteen months between the date of the Company's previous annual report (30 September 2019) and 31 December 2020, thereby ensuring continuity in the Company's financial reporting. However, as these two periods are not of equal length, they are not directly comparable. Future financial statements will report on 12 months periods to 31 December.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's current investment strategy is to identify and acquire interests in potential target businesses capable of delivering long term value for its shareholders. We intend to seek to acquire interests in companies in the leisure, hospitality and entertainment sectors within Europe.
