(\"Couche-Tard\" or the \"Corporation\") (TSX: ATD) announced today it has completed the acquisition of certain European retail assets from TotalEnergies. As previously announced on\n \n March 16, 2023\n \n , this acquisition includes 100% of TotalEnergies' retail assets in\n \n Germany\n \n and\n \n the Netherlands\n \n , as well as a 60% controlling interest in the entities in\n \n Belgium\n \n and\n \n Luxembourg\n \n . The retail assets encompass 2,175 sites, with 1,191 located in\n \n Germany\n \n , 562 in\n \n Belgium\n \n , 378 in\n \n the Netherlands\n \n , and 44 in\n \n Luxembourg\n \n .
