Alien Metals Limited announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for the annual accounts receiving 98.12% of votes in favour. The re-appointment of auditors and approval of their remuneration both secured 92.61% of votes, while the re-appointment of directors Belinda Murray and Bruce Garlick received 89.19% and 89.18% of votes respectively, indicating continued shareholder confidence in the company's leadership and financial reporting.
