Holdings in Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO), a global minerals exploration and development Company, is pleased to update shareholders of director dealing in relation to a managed sell down of Artemis Resources' holding in Alien Metals Plc on the 7th November 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n Roderick (\"Rod\") McIllree, Chairman, purchased 28,571,429 shares in Alien Metals Plc. Accordingly Rod now holds 78,571,429 Shares in the Company representing 1.55% of the Company's issued share capital. Daniel Smith, non-executive director also purchased 2,017,715 shares and thereby holds 2,017,715 Shares in the Company representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital with Troy Whittaker, CEO of Iron Ore Company of Australia (\"IOCA\") the Company's 100% owned subsidiary, purchasing 7,142,858 shares and Bradley Toms, UFO's Exploration Manager, purchasing 1,614,286 shares. The balance went to existing shareholders of Alien Metals plc\n \n \n \n \n \n The shares were purchased from Artemis Resources Ltd who have sold a total of £500,500 (143,000,000 shares) and thereby now hold 215,617,818 shares representing 4.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
