Its services include private placements of equity and debt instruments. IBK Capital has led, managed, and completed investment banking transactions with a combined value of Cdn$5.6 billion. \n \n \n \n \n \n Alien Metals has been in discussions with several mining companies who have declared an interest in a joint venture partnership for the Donovan Project.
