(\"AQN\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: AQN) (TSX: AQN.PR.A) (TSX: AQN.PR.D) (NYSE: AQN) announced today that the board of directors has declared the following common and preferred share dividends:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n US$0.0650\n \n per common share, payable on\n \n October 15, 2024\n \n , to the shareholders of record on\n \n September 30, 2024\n \n , for the period from\n \n July 1, 2024\n \n to\n \n September 30\n \n , 2024.  Registered shareholders can elect to receive the dividend in Canadian dollars in the amount of\n \n C$0.0893\n \n .\n \n\n\n C$0.41100\n \n per preferred share, Series A, payable on\n \n October 1, 2024\n \n to preferred share, Series A holders of record on\n \n September 13, 2024\n \n , for the period from\n \n June 30, 2024\n \n to, but excluding,\n \n September 30, 2024\n \n .\n \n\n\n C$0.42831\n \n per preferred share, Series D, payable on\n \n October 1, 2024\n \n to preferred share, Series D holders of record on\n \n September 13, 2024\n \n , for the period from\n \n June 30, 2024\n \n to, but excluding,\n \n September 30, 2024\n \n .\n \n\n\n Each of the foregoing dividends will be paid in cash.
