A copy of the Notice of Meeting is available on the Company's website https://investors.alfasystems.com/eu/.\n \n \n \n \n \n As a result of the current UK Government restrictions that have been imposed on \n non-essential travel and public gatherings, we remain of the view\n \n that allowing shareholders to attend the AGM cannot at this time be done safely, and we regret that it will not be possible for shareholders\n \n to attend this year's AGM in person. The Company will make arrangements such that\n \n the legal requirements to hold the meeting can be satisfied through the attendance of a minimum number of people and the\n \n format of the meeting will be purely functional. \n \n \n \n \n \n We strongly encourage shareholders to appoint a proxy or register a voting instruction and to submit any questions in advance of the meeting.
