Jay Hodgson as a Non-Executive\nDirector to the Board with effect from 1 September 2006.\n\nMichael Charles Nott, age 57, brings 36 years of experience in mineral\nexploration and mining to the Managing Director's role. Mr. Nott began his\ncareer as an exploration and mining geologist, moving into the management of\naggregate quarrying operations and then to senior roles in the aggregate and\nindustrial mineral sector. Mr. Nott is currently CEO of Magyar Mining Plc and\nprevious positions have included periods with ARC Southern Ltd, Hills Aggregates\nLtd, as Director and General Manager, and Roan Consolidated Mines Ltd, as\nExploration and Senior Mining Geologist.\n\nDr. Charles Jay Hodgson, age 70, is a research and exploration geologist with\nover 40 years experience in base metal and precious metals exploration. Between\n1996 and 2006, Dr. Hodgson was Chief Geologist at Barrick Gold Corporation where\nhe was involved in the design and execution of Barrick's worldwide exploration\nprogrammes and maintaining Barrick's technical edge in the gold exploration\nbusiness. He is a graduate of McGill University, Canada, and gained a PhD from\nthe University of California at Berkeley.
