(OTC PINK: ASKE) is pleased\nto announce that its subsidiary of Green Seed Innovations Inc,\nthrough Hemp Heals Inc has now signed a Letter Of Intent with\na Hard Rock Cafe location to provide its Hemp based bread products. Both\nparties have verbally agreed to the dissemination of this important\nannouncement, as was required in the Letter of Intent. Currently the hemp\nmarket in the seed & CBD oil space is a $90M business and growing 10% every\nyear. The hemp food market however is just waiting to take off and company\nspokesperson, Gregory Bourque believes the company is in a great position to\nslice a market share for themselves. \n\n \n\n The Company is hoping to\n begin supplying the location with its Hemp based bread products through\nits relationship with Village Bread & Bagel in Florida. This is a new\nmarket, new product line and the biggest hurdle was the ability to supply\nthe products en masse should they fly off the shelves. Now that the partnership\nwith Village Bread & Bagel has been consummated, the company believes\nsupply is no longer a concern. The key is now demand, and how the product line\nwill fare. If it does well according to Gregory Burke, Company Spokesman, we\ncould supply many more Hard Rock Cafe locations.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe company will release more\nnews and updates in the coming days and weeks with respect to its chances of\nconsummating this relationship, and any other news on its current wholly\nowned subsidiaries, and new opportunities that may present itself.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFORWARD-LOOKING INFORMATION...
