An important shareholder and consultants directly\ninvolved in Company Acquisitions, made a private investment of $50,000 USD\ninto Green Seed Innovations Inc, and structured the forward acquisition\nagreements to acquire 100% of Green Seed Innovations Inc & It's\nsubsidiaries, HempDog Inc & HempHeels Inc, in exchange for 125,000\nConvertible Series B Preferred Shares Priced at $2.50 per share/conversion set\nat par value. These securities are restricted for a year and are acquisition\nshares to the principals of Green Seed Innovations Inc. Alaska Pacific Energy Corp.\nbelieves this acquisition will inspire investor confidence as the\ncompany tries to increase shareholder equity. Green Seed Innovations Inc, for\nits part, is delighted to become a part of the public company as it rolls out\nits products in a commercial environment.
