Ajax [AQSE: AJAX], the natural resources investment company, is pleased to announce the result of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") for the year to 28 February 2025, which was held earlier today.   All resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed.  The Company will publish the full voting results on its website.
