Purchase of Shares by Director
Ajax (AQSE: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, is pleased to announce that its Executive Director, Richard Heywood, has purchased a further 203,061 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following these purchases, Mr Heywood holds a total of 1,880,268 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.59% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
